L'appel à la reconnaissance d'une Journée de l'Identité est une initiative mondiale, l'identité jouant un rôle de plus en plus important dans les économies développées et en voie de développement. C'est sur cette base que nous nous efforçons d’aligner les partenaires clés sur la campagne de sensibilisation des gouvernements et des pays du monde entier sur l'adoption responsable de l'identité juridique.

Les Partenaires de la Coalition soutenant la Journée Internationale de l'Identité sont des acteurs identitaires représentant des institutions de premier plan (publiques, gouvernementales, à but non lucratif et institutions d'intérêt public) qui encouragent une utilisation responsable de l'identité pour un monde meilleur et soutiennent la journée du 16 septembre pour commémorer l'identité.
